I think people try to find reasons why they got banned for using thirdparties (8) but I think there was just banwave which banned ppl total randomly - some botters, some ppl who never ever used hack., Blizzard just messed up. Me, personally I don't think its for joining baalruns or something like that... For me its random. Blizzard failed so hard again, but that's typical for them.

Yes there are. They will usually tell you how legit they are within a few minutes of talking to them, and they are such douchebags that they only play alone in passworded games because no one else meets their legit standards. Including the others that are just like them.

Same as joining bot baalruns is legit, they cannot want from common legit user to take responsability for joining game which was made by bot, or want that common legit user to recognize bot...
