The Wc3 art style has worked for blizzard for more than 10 years. It gave them what was then the most played online game in the world for years.

Any "hd remake" would be done in the same style. Not to mention this fan-made remake HAS to be in that style because the only thing close to hd models on bnet2 are from WoW, sc2 and d3

I dont know why people want so much a remake, a classic game has to look, you know, classic.
A remake would be fun to play a little and then come back to the old, one of the best things about the game is the oldschool feel

im sure blizz would do a horrible job if they put their hands on major gfx or gameplay "improvements".

small changes they did in the past few patches were ok though (like respec, other font color for runes).

but blizz north is long gone. oldschool game should stay oldschool.
