To me it's basic, you can literally google the terms just like you would x runeword and you'd end up on a page about it.

Socked x item with runes for runeword.
Block x rune specific packet
Sell runeword
Buy back ith runeword

Or

Socket x item with runes for runeword
Sell runeword
Block x rune specific packet
Buy pack runeword
Receive ith runeword

once i chased a modder down and he auto tp'd and i went into his town portal wish i could ss that
