You win a duel by:
1) Killing your opponent (This makes you advance automatically to the next round)
2) Beating your opponent (If the opponent returns to town or leaves game, it counts as a defeat).

You advance to the next round by:
1) Killing your opponent.
or
2) Beating your opponent 2 times.

so if the opponent leaves game or goes to town its a defeat but then you have to fight him a second time to advance? thats kinda the part i dont understand if you leave game or town it means you loose the duel but you get a second chance to win it lol?

Why do baseball teams have to win 4 matches out of 7 to win the championship??... I mean, if one team wins the first match then why play more?. Thats basically what you are saying. The reason is so in the next matches you can change you tactics/etc, to recover. Same here, unless you get killed, if you die thats it.

Like Whiskey said, there is nothing complicated with the rules on how to advance.

Baseball is the worst sport ever. Why not football?

After all it's hardcore, should be one duel to death and zero potions.

Baseball, Hockey, Basketball, etc. It doesnt matter if baseball sucks for you, I was just trying to make a point giving an example.

If you wanna win in 1 duel, then go with a full offensive approach and kill your opponent. Some other people just like to go on a more defensive approach, it all depends on the tactics and style people decide.

So, its the best of 3, unless you kill your enemy.

Its hardcore, pots are legit. Some people need to forget about softcore rules, on SC pots are not used, on HC we do use them (we are risking charms, chars, etc). Two different worlds.

Why not just avoid the 'risk' then, and say spar to 50% life and you win and if you kill the other guy you are disqualified.. LoL

What??? I dont understand what you mean sorry.

I dont know what you are trying to say, but killing the opponent is better (it makes you advance to the next round right away). So wtf are you talking about?.
