To your first question : yes, I will make a video when I get all the towns done. Eventually when most or all of it is done I'll make another. I've worked on harrogath and it's about 1/3 finished.
To your second question : no, there is no size limit aside from the height which is 256 blocks. Ground level is ~67 so most buildings can't go over ~180 blocks. the map just generates as you explore, it's literally infinite, or to the extent of your hard drive space lol.
Chaos sanctuary will be exactly like in the game ofc, but the outside of it isn't shown so I'll just do my own thing. Most of d2's architecture is pretty simple so I'll really put the package on the sanc
