This is really good news as essentially a Low Quality Achron Plate guarentee's you a Enigma worthy armor if Larzuk is used to socket it. I will keep my eye out for them and Low Quality Dusk Shrouds and the like, thanks for the info.

yes, all low quality items can never be ethereal.
