Obama wants to increase spending in the education sector so more young people can afford a college education.

He wants to make sure that everyone has health insurance and he wanted to make that model more humanistic but the republican senate blocked most his choices and now "obama care" is not as good as it could have been because of the republican senate blocking major modules of it.
