apparently all it does it join game that is already cleared
gets shrine, solos D +B+nihla
ng is up already cleared etc

ya full game already setup, just join get shrine and kill and go to next, its like 25 seconds a "run" can get close to 2 mil a game doin this, and then 61 million from the 3 ancients.
takes a shit ton of keys and probably a couple computers.
