Be this guy, don't read my post correctly, and assume things when I'm trying to help people understand how it works.

I purposely created multiple games in quick succession to get realm down and test.

My ban lasted 5 days.. Its finally over!

Did you try to not log on for 5 days straight or were you trying once a day or something.

36 hours, back in the game. I will let you know if things change.

how many times you tried to connect and receive temp ban?

I would wait a full 24-48 hours without trying to reconnect.

s/d for 7 days - tried logging in every few hours or so. dont think it matters at all. tried logging in at 5pm was s/d, then tried at 7pm and was back in the game

I think theyre all 14days lol
