I'm Interning for a Judge in Ohio and every once in a while we get a "2nd in 6." The Ohio legislature imposed stiffer penalties for a second OVI (DWI/DUI) in six years. Usually the judge will stay in the jail term for all but three days. It's interesting see these, usually jail free, people try to work three days in jail around their work schedules.
