its just bad coding on blizzards part, they meant to remove the names, you've always been able to make the accounts, but in removing the names they removed the accounts too.

also LOL @ people that paid like 10k fg for these names they removed :)

The characters did not get removed, only the accounts were "blocked". they fixed the issue though after many complaints
