because they have no other options of things to eat, and they need the fat because fish do not provide enough. and mostly because they can sell the pelts for $.

2/3/10 are a dime a dozen, 2/3/10/40/2 are much better :D

also in the olden days of igloos, seals were used as a thermostat for heating.
