Damn, posted a topic in classic battle.net forum and blizzard trashed/deleted the topic in less than 10minutes?

Hello,
I am experiencing a familiar error message (not the 'new server down'), but in a new, harsh variant? What I am hit by:
"Your connection has been temporarily restricted from this realm. Please try to log in at another time."
aka realm down.
First: I always play b.net legit, and make sure I don't break Blizzards ToS/EULA for Diablo II. Well, not since 2008, anyway. I was account-banned [8] in 2008 along with atleast 2/3 of the then existing D2 population, for using a multi-instance tool known as "keylogger". But I got punished and learned my lesson, and been playing vanilla since.
Yet, I am penalized with a 120+hour ban?
Here is the summary of what happened:
Where:
Account login screen.
When:
On wednesday night, ~120+hours ago...
Occurance:
I got this error when muling privately. I was connected with laptop and desktop in a private game. Laptop I was afk with, and it went to sleepmode --> dropped connection --> had the restriction upon re-logging.
I didn't get kicked from desktop immediately, but when I left game it kicked me of b.net, and got restricted aswell.
Restrictions:
Europe (East works)
Any Diablo II account
Both my cdkeys (yes, legit purchased 1x pc 1x laptop)
Seems restricted to IP (I can connect by mobile hotspot)
My questions are simple:
*Why did I get the ban exactly, and how long am I supposed to wait before I can play again?
*Was there an updated policy, where staying AFK now is a 'severe offense'?
*Or is using 2x computers to connect to battle.net now no longer allowed, and thats why I am restricted? Because this has been explicitly stated as allowed.
Thank you for any response,
best regards.

What? Blizzard expressed in the past (Im fairly sure), and its been a repeated truth, that "trying to connect" does not lengthen your ban. now this? can we trust "Game master kalnywor"?

I don't think it does....your ban is of a predetermined length when it's issued....so why would attempting to connect lengthen it..doesn't make sense.

forget about those game master clowns. they don't know shit :P
that doesn't necessarily mean, that he is wrong though.
would be kinda funny if you are asked not to login during the ban without knowing how long it will last
and btw guys, I fear this might have changed. Official response, but he don't verify its actually changed for sure:

jmack84,
They can last longer than 12 hours now. The devs have yet to release the info though so I can't say how much longer they can last. I also believe they can be extended now by repeated attempts to log in while restricted, but again, I don't have any details.
