Blizzard Support, unfortunately, is not able to make fixes for such problems.

Therefore, we ask you to follow the news on the game's forum - if the problem is fixed in the next update, an announcement will be made there.

In the meantime, we wish you good luck and all the best!

That's what they answered me on my 3rd request, I have such a problem with 3 cd-key for more than a day, everything they recommended did not help

That's what they answered me on my 3rd request, I have such a problem with 3 cd-key for more than a day, everything they recommended did not help


They essentially saying screw you, this game is old, and we dont give a flying **** anymore, it seems anyways.... its ridiculous they are not addressing an issue happening to anyone who doesnt "log out properly". All I did was leave a char idle a few minutes ingame, but no, you cannot do that, screw you blizzard....

It almost feels this "issue" was willingly created by them, I wouldnt be shocked if that was the case.

hi guys i have a problem i play old diablo 2 hardcore and yesterday server realm down and i restart my comp and try to connect after 10 min and write to me my cd key are used by me my friend tell me to contact you to unlock it please help me

all you can do is go to blizzard and file a ticket also wait more then 24 hours before turning diablo 2 on

Contact blizzard you mean? Its a global issue at this point, and even people who are opening "tickets" with blizzard arent getting this issue resolved(save a few)

i was offline for 40hours, then i tried to login in my dia2-acc. still got the error-message -.-

Bliz support recommends not to play 24+ hours.
