In reality, any monster or group that can kill you in 1 hit while playing hardcore mode.

In my imagination, especially with this gruesome concept art, I do not fear any of them and would be proud to die in battle for whatever town was mine. Obviously it would not be act 2 or 3, and nobodys tribe be living in act 4. So we're talking 1 and 5.

I would have to put diablo down for scariest. he is the lord of all the monsters and demons.

I allways felt Mefisto as more scarier than diablo..

Yeah travincal and the whole act 3 is very scarry act,
one of the scariest as everything in diablo haha

But travincal and act3 is Full Of Blood everywhere..
