vouch this worked for me
you can install patch from asia realm and then swap back to east once its patched
also for some reason the first install attempt always fails but the second attempt should work

it is this.Download and save .Seems like ever since D2R was released the auto updater does not work any more.

remember this is for pc version d2exp only
