Because the continent is called North America, and there is also a continent called South America. Europe is just Europe, Asia is just Asia. No such thing as "North Europe" in terms of a continent. And the realm Europe is not called France even if it was hosted in France.

Its not called after a country (e.g. United States of America) but the continent.

Eu server is now GERMANY server
Canada is cancelled so NA server is now US server
Asia2 has been claimed as offshore territory by China and is now the People’s Republic of Asia2

There were plans for a new server in Argentina to support South American players but the server’s family was murdered by a CIA-trained militia.
