Its impossible to accurately convert it in to FG today: this was before FG was considered end-all of d2 currency. Its not a straight forward as taking 32020s current go rate in fg and multiply.

It was simple the most insane trade u can imagine. Collective effort of the richest exploiters (dupers importers) just to afford a legit item, basically.

Today hl08 seem to be 170-250k depending on realm.
Valk08 were close to 200k on east i think with the right defense but fell back again.
Several cruels/fools eth rep go 150k+ east iirc. Like claws.
I sold a hl08 not long ago on eu it was my personal most expensive. And quite a few 08 valks of varying price before.



Back then no one ever heard of 100k fg on one user. FG was less worth and more worth at the same time even though that sounds like a paradox.

That bow easily is in the top5 most expensive trades no matter what. Currency simply was different back then.

Its comparable as to if bezel or yogin@tor still played/cared for d2 and spent 1 million of their fg on an item...

True however is that this bow would be cheap today but thats entirely different (rare bows are not sought for since a decade)


I think it was less but yes, basically. It was before fg had really settled as a currency though. And it wasnt for that long it stopped at or before 2006?

I saw some zod bugged hybrid RW enigma and i think was grief who went for pretty much ;d (people dont know/knew how to make those, eth hybrid rws)

But i think those were around 150k fgs

Are you sure? I was told that hybrid could not be made in ethereal items.

There was also something with the runewords having zod in the first rw put into base kinda ended up as an auto-zodbug thing and kept the indistructible mod after. But making them in eth bases is whats the issue, and its secret method.
