3x damage from +min/+max, 2x damage from base*%ed, 1x damage from +damage and merc base damage, only for one-handers
formula is given as;

final_max_damage = [(base_weapon_max_damage * Eth * (1 + weapon_ED%)* 2 + base_merc_max_damage + max_damage*3 + normal_damage) * (1 + non-weapon_ED% + str/100 + skill_ED%) * DS + Bash_bonus + elemental_damage_max] * CS
final_min_damage = [(base_weapon_min_damage * Eth * (1 + weapon_ED%)* 2 + base_merc_min_damage + min_damage*3 + normal_damage) * (1 + non-weapon_ED% + str/100 + skill_ED%) * DS + Bash_bonus + elemental_damage_min] * CS

The sucky thing right now for me is I'm still needing to test if 30 max dmg jewel would be more dmg then a 40% Ed 15 Max jewel or not, see Idk if you know but all max dmg is increased x3 instead instead of the 1x 30 max dmg its 90 max dmg on the a5 merc, but the max dmg is trippled a a5 merc from any of its gear worn weapons helm armor, so 30 max dmg is actually 90 max dmg, so 40% Ed is whatever amount per % of dmg it would give the merc plus the 15 Max dmg which on the a5 merc is higher just cause the way the mercenary was designed in creation, so its 40% Ed 15 max which is actually 45 max dmg and 30 max dmg jewel is actually 90 max dmg, so its comparing 90 dmg compared to 30. also whatever amount 40% more ed would give to the merc with its equipment.

It is the highest raw damage output among a5 merc weapons. This is not an opinion - it is simply a mathematical fact. Hope this helps

I found Last wish to be superior. It procs and might aura also helps. Lifesteal proc is gr8 for its survival so you can safely use gulli helm aka no leech on any gear.

This would be referring to for a pvp a5 merc so CB isnt needed nor is lastwish good for pvp only pvm, but the only other option for the best weapon over eth uped headstriker would be a near completely perfect rare sword on a good base 2os.
