Trleportaition skill acts weird if you got hight FCR brreakpoint and you are holding the mouse button instead of clicking it
By high breakpoints i mean
Pala >= 125% FCR
Cold\Fire sorc >= 105% FCR
Lighting sorc >= 117% FCR
Druid Human >= 99%FCR
ect... for the rest characters , the last breakpoints or the breakpoints before the last are screwed

it depends on the ms / ping..
if you have low ping / ms - tele will be perfect

Ping is same since 10 years i am telling that.tbis started to happen after the Tuesday maintenamce

dunno about silent but,
import fix is a pretty big one, good rare/craft items just became priceless (hold on to your NL godlies, will probably never spawn again), not to mention perfect uniques (coas, griffons and such)
will be interesting to observe next season and trading overall.
