There's always GM FFA BvB which you people seem to forget.
A much more modern style of playing BvB - it has its own good and thoughtful rules. And it's way cheaper than AoW.

Even rules can change over the years.

Bugs that isnt patched and prolly never will patch anyway (quite sure this wont get patched) isnt a big problem to allow now (I only can think of this eth bug by this).

Bugs that occured in previous patch(es) should be forbidden indeed. Those arent patched for no reason..

fact is, if you want you can always do aow tournaments with exceptional rules like allowing eth bug prudence. but this does not mean that the written core aow rules will change.

Will that happen? I dont think so. Anyway. I think people should join both aow and ffa tours if they want with 'cheap' gear, next to eni build then (which isnt a 'def' armor)

these rules are normatives.

Why is it such a big deal to change rules?

It isnt that much..

We can atleast TRY it first ofc before editting the ruleset.

Check again what I wrote. There was a time when Eth Bug Prudence was allowed in AoW and in 2012 (before you even registered on jsp!) we decided to ban it for it being a bugged item and going against the rules of AoW.

i think biggest issue is as forementioned that those 10k armors drop in value and their holders get pissed of coz loss of fg.
i voted yes even tho i dont like nor play aow but it seems pretty reasonable to have a cheap option for highdef armors. that would also pop prices for 2soc ebug armors
