wat do u guys mean replace patch 1.12 in ur d2 directory and replace 1.13 w/ 1.12? i dont see no patch 1.13 file

It's the only file that changes between patches. Also I know if you change patches correctly it will work because it works for me o.O

same to me

im going threw the same thing. Once i install. I selece USEast and download the patch. D2 restarts and begins to download yet another patch (1.13) and forces it upon me. Any suggestions? I have reinstalled about 6 times now going on 7th. Still nothing.
