There's a barb that keeps killing my party too (and my party doesn't even CS sometimes). Tried putting IM (from a wand) on him but he doesn't seem to take much damage when he hit my necro.
Maybe next time I'll just find some corpses to wait next to and do my lvl 14 CE... It's always kinda too chaotic for me to remember such things in an emergency though.
