Are the +2skills on flail needed?

I would prefer Khalims Will / 50 Ias no request

charge, smite, zeal, smite, zeal

the +2 skills makes a significant difference in dmg

most skills give a considerable bonus with each point over slvl20

also khalims will miss important stats such as AR and %ED / min-max dmg life resists etc.
