why lvl 80? lol i can rush at lvl 40with much less skills spent then what you have posted.

maxing mastery is a waste of skills for pvm. 50% cold is more then enough for that purpose.

i went with light skills for the off skill for my orb and my 1-385 light damage takes out the cold immunes with little probelms in hell for my 1-3 act rush. Remember you can just static them to death then finish them off easy with light skills. Or fire ball as a friend of mine did for his off skill.

my sorc only has 2 items that grant skills, amy and culens sword.

currently my sorc is only 65 with 425 orb 1-385 light and only has problems in act 2 hell when tryn to do viper amy quest, snakes hit hard lol. But far as normal and nm goes easy as pie same with act1 and most of act2 hell.

The light dmg is 150 average, Which is quite crap lol, I guess enough for killing after static..But their are alot better 2nd skills.

Normal + nm pretty much any sorc can rush, Hell is where it gets hard.

meni manapots, u dont need to kill the cold immunes, even in the claw viper temple
if they are around the altar, tele some to the stairway, they will follow u, prepare the rusher for receiving tp, easy.
maybe the tal rashas tomb might be harder flooded my maulers/ghoul lords, but the last trick works there as well :]
and maybe the cold immune lord de seis @ night, but i usually static him to 1% and then shard kill ^^

a cold sorc can solo hell rushes if they static an tk trav to death ^^

i bought a light merc and the last council was easy too :]
