I think what they mean is:

Anni 1: You're holding it in your hand with your mouse pointer
Anni 2: Still in your inventory

Not that you can actually USE 2 annis in your inventory. The point is just to hold 2 annis on the one character so that you don't need to make another account for 16 annis.

so its totally impossible to hold both cause ive heard stories of ppl holding 2 anni's on other realms.

Yes, your corpse holds the another annihilus/torch with itself, and you have another anni in your inventory.
The corpse follows you from game to another, and when you have taken anni out of your inventory, you can pick your corpse, and there's the second anni.

People need to learn how to read. You are holding one with your mouse pointer, not in inventory when you die. Any item you are holding with mouse pointer remains with your corpse until you pick it up. That is how you can pick up a second torch/anni. You can only have 1 corpse with items follow you to the next game. If you have more, you will lose all the items on your first corpse. You can not pick up your body until you get rid of second torch in your inventory.
