Dynamic IP and reset router doesn't solve the problem
Just started tonite - so far so good

Are you sure it is changing your public ip.

Make sure whatismyip;com. Even if your isp offer dynamic they still hold reservations for that ip could be 24 hours it could be 7 days.

If you click anything before "Battle.net News Updates" is loaded then you get disconnected. I have no issue if I wait.

Do you not need to wait for the "Battle.net News Updates" text to load? Do you connect to 37.244.54.171 or another IP when you quit a game?
