ive tried changing this, and it doesnt seem to work for me. maybe im doing it wrong..

If it's a account server down it doesn't matter . If it's just ip server down u can change ur ip and get back on .. I just got hit with server down for account so I'll be back in a week lol

Just got server down over the night. Wasnt even playing lol. Not even the helpers..

blizzard needs to fk off with this server down shit.

Changed mac address by 1 digit and confirmed the change with ipconfig /all. IP did not change and I'm still server down'd.

I've found mine was tied not to cdkey or IP but the account. I'm able to create/join games on a different account using the same cdkey after changing IP, but not the account that caused the "server down".

Also in my experience each time you trigger it the longer the duration of the "server down". My first time was 1hour, second/maybe third 24hr and my current one is almost at 48 hours. I think it may take into consideration other things like your players total games which is why its different for everyone -- noone really knows. I saw a post where blizz support said if it lasts longer than 72 hours it can go up to 2 weeks and they don't have the power to do anything.

I also check every 12 hours, but maybe that is increasing my ban length though I doubt it. Spamming "server down" however I feel will certainly extend your ban length.
