i have 77 dex

with 1x raven, waterwalks, torch, anni, st spirit, and holy shield it doesnt take toooo much dex.
if block is at 70% will still be enough.
doesnt absolutely have to be maxed.
i've cs'd on hardcore with 67% block

/e and core-E has 77 dex.

well ive had a few csdins @ hc and 2 of them used wiz and other was hoto
so yea, forgot about the 10dex from hoto
tho, i used dex jewel or Ko in teh wizspike as well
