i have a qunumdrum. if im 97 and runnin, and my 98 friend is chaosin we are toppin baal just fine, then another 98 joins.
now if i listen to rule 2 then have to let the other 98 take my top spot, but if i go by rule 3 im toppin for sure, and the other 98 is SOL.
so now i have to break one of these rules, which do i break.

you follow rule 3 and ignore rule 2.
rule 2 is to be respect, rule 3 is runner has all rights.
