yea here it dont really matter technically your not suppose to be intoxicated or under the influence of any controlled substance and be carrying but they
dont really do anything about shit like that here i mean i was obviously drinking and i was obviously carrying the firearm wasint the issue it was the other shit
that was on me was the problem and the firearm is what jumpstarted the whole thing once he knew i was carrying i got searched

but i had court today and i got granted the motion to suppress so i beat it but now they might and probably will do is appeal it
so technically i beat it but in like the next month or so ill know if they appeal it and if they did ill know if i won or lost the appeal
but i should be fine .. if they had an argument they woulda had it today and i wouldnt have got it in the first place
so after that ill finally get my shit back
