ok to make it somewhat simple but still kinda long lol
idk how it is where your from but around here law is out of the bar by 230am last call at 2am and out by 230
welll it was like 330-4am when the cops came knockin on the door when they came in and passed me they looked and sasid
got id? because i look really young .. well i didnt have my lisence on me so i said i dont have my lisence but i do have something
with my name/age/picture (lisence to carry) so he takes it and looks at it and goes is this a permit to carry? i said yes it is. cop says
are you carrying right now? i said yes i am. well right there my face hit the bar and i was in handcuffs..he asked where it was and then took it off me
asked if anything was wrong/illegal about the permit/firearm which there was nothing..its all legit/registered/up to date etc. but when he searched me i had some narcotics and some paraphernalia
now the problem that can happen with that is a legal firearm can become illegal when illegal narcotics are invovled

illegal search and seizure.

ya was at 20%, have had my removal denied the last 2 times it came up for request. sure beats the 3 years I had no warn, but no rights.

yea pretty much .. well because of the circumstances the cop violated my rights
he had no right to search me .. i did nothing wrong and gave him no reason to do this
he asked for id .. i gave .. he asked if it was a permit to carry .. i said it was .. he asked if i was carrying .. i said i was .. and nothing was illegal with it
so he should have never searched me in the first place and even if he did search me they technically had no right to take the shit out of my pockets

but the outcome still all depends on the judge etc.. they are doing a movement to surpress evidence etcetc

buncha bullshit .. the judicial system is a joke
so bad that i had court yesterday .. went there waited for 2 hours for them to tell me i have to come back the 11th
because i didnt have court yesterday.. eventhoa my subpoena was dated for april 5th .. they gave me the wrong date on my paperwork
and what did they have to say? oh sorry about that we musta messed up just come back the 11th heres a new subpoena with yesterdays date and time on it
so they know that you came when you didnt need to

but because of the whole violating my rights and the movement to surpress when i go back on the 11th it should get dissmissed/thrown out
and i should get my peice back not long after that

basically what he said..although different states might have different laws on carrying while youre intoxicated. Since he was in a bar that's a reasonable excuse to search him.

also true your technically not suppose to carry while being under the influence but arround here there not really gonna bother you for that
but the thing is they were not there for me .. the cops were also there for a completly diff. reason ... there was like 5 other people around me and they basically just picked me out
i was the only one who got their id taken and the only one who got searched
