Call your isp and have your modem swapped out. It'll work.

If you use Static IP it won't change anything because either u use that Static IP (wich is in ban-list by Blizzard) or u get no internet

Easy choice there


If you however don't use Static IP, simply turn off your Router for 30 mins and turn it on again, that should give you a new IP wich isn't listed by Blizz
