1st of all never seen a rare with such low number of mods

and 2nd of all is it one or two pre/sufficxes on this sword ?

topic: Maybe there is twice the same affix, like this: adds 4-6 dmg , adds 8-7 dmg. they just appear together:)
saw a lance lately with comparable stats, just "adds dmg"
