i checked it out with skill calc and the difference between one base point in those skills and 10 17 is only from 121% to 135% if i remember correctly and 17 is 139 or so does 3fucking7 skills worth this low precetange difference? when i can max defiance for much more def and charge or vigor or sometrhin?
