only good for 110 fcr ES sorc, at any other 70 fcr sorc soj is better choice

9/10 for the stats
5/10 for the way you can use it

hmm, debatable Niclas - i can only see high end magic scepters as tropies - of all magic items.

allthough they can be shop botted also <_<
