Today, I found out that my sister who is 16 years older than me is actually my biological mother. She and my parents decided it was best that I didn't know who my real mother was, and to be raised by my grandparents as their child. I've always hated my sister. FML

creepily enough, i actually know of a family that this happened to... a friend of mine was going to a technically poor school, he had a "little sister" that was brought up by his parents but it turned out that his little sister was actually his niece, his older sister had a kid when she'd been in highschool and lef tthe kid for the parents while she went out and fixed up her life, my friend knew about it obviously, but i don't believe his niece still does
