well i was 98 when it was announced, and a little ways into it

i just recently decided to finish it off and 99, i'm at 3,436 and i seem to get r/d at least every other day now

well isnt that an inconvenience then.......theres ways to get around r/d even if u have trouble changing ur ip address...if i come across the person i know that can do it i will definately let you know...cuz i feel your pain :P
