ya, the blue lagoon was freakin awesome, not a typical 'beautiful' country, but when you really look at it, you see it. The water is crystal clear, the air is clean, the plant life (all minature and no trees) is pretty spectacular, and the people are just awesome.
A local joke there was " If you get lost in the woods, stand up"
the few trees they do have are no more than 4 feet high
Weird. I also love the science behind the island. I would love to see that canyon thing that has something to do with the mid atlantic ridge.
