are they easy to put on?

yeah they slip right on... it's like teeth on sitting on top of teeth... and ya what laura said, you HAVE to wear them

ok basically they've made exact plastic moulds of my teeth, so they slip right onto my teeth (hard to paint a picture in words), they're basically a retainer except they cover all of my teeth (2x retainers - 1 for bottom 1 for top)
