no it dont if you are temp banned.. your connection is what is blocked

i use to get r/d ALOT.. and i researched some shit about getting it gone.. theres r/d where when you try and sign in it just goes real fast and tells you connection is unavailale.. then you got tem bans like the pic he juss posted
