well the ones i have i've laced up (loosely), but i can't wear them for long periods of time cuz they hurt my feet lol

tightened or...? When do you get them off? it's gfg when you get them off, i havent had mine for like 2/3 years now

ya to get them tightened
i get them off in another 14 monthes
then have to wear a retainer for 2 years..

wear your retainer..i didnt wear mine and i had to wear braces for another like 6 months... 2 months left of that..wear your fucking retainer.
