difference is not big, 5% AR would be ~19 ar more with 23 skill.
at least on this setup

depends on lvl and base dex, also on equipped items (angelics or rares or mixed)
basicly:
high lvl chars = 5%

From 86 to 93 best is pd, 93+ pa
HINT : high lvl bvb which use sigon and low str build ( naga ) preferably pd - 15.5k ar

its not about the socket which gives +100flat ar... its about the mod flat ar XX and 5% ar on the helms for example
where you have to decide wheter to choose flat or %
ofc 100 gives more
