svs items are expensive enough as well nowadays,
dont know why cold dmg is banned, ow is banned because we'd have 10+ swordback barbs which would be boring, no variety.
alot of people like me dont have anywhere near perfect bvb items, my bvb costs about 500-1k tops. which isnt too bad and does ok in tour duels
plus you enter tours for the fun, not to win, u can compete knowing your not the best on each char.
bvb has more skill than people give credit for, NOT AS MUCH as ur Praised svs. but u only ever play ur staff sorc so you wouldnt know stef. its not like you couldnt build a decent bvb anyway.
so lets stop knocking other people.
10/10 barb vote will be a hard challenge in tour
