I invested several hours yesterday to optimize/change our tracking process. We are now back up and much more stable than before.

I don't like your attitude, be thankful for what you get and not what's missing. As I said earlier, we don't earn any money from this project, quite the opposite, it costs us money every month. It's also time consuming and we all have jobs besides. And the only thing you keep constantly saying is that we are storing redundant data sometimes, but that is completely fine for the current situation.

Sometimes? Most of the data on the site is redundant. Whole project can be hosted on a $1/month server. So I take it you are not planning on adding east anytime soon?
