Go google what that means! Rules won't be changed because you can't take the rule out of the codex that states "Bugged Items are not allowed"!!!
If you want to use eth BUG prudence, then you have to do it via exceptional rules for each tournament/league. NOT VIA THE CODEX!

Nope it should not be allowed.

Why argue about rules that have been refined over a long period of time, by a large amount of people?
Why even have doubts on the rules, if you are not confident that it is correct?
Do you really think it was banned for no reason, when alot of people said they want it to be removed from the AoW environment?

All the old BvBs here have made more than 5000+ duels over years, and they set the rules and refined them together.
Rules are rules, if you don't like the AoW rules, play FFA.

Was allowed till 2010, still is allowed in lld for example.

Mayby we do test and allow it for 1 next tour. And will see how meny ppls will be using it and chek if it ryl gives advantage vs other arms. Imo its fair solution.
