The decision has already been made to allow kyle on the ladder and attend melee events
If there needs to be an appeal, have the respective leaders of each guild discuss if there needs to be a reversal
Quit taking things out of context
Kyle bought stolen melee gear regardless of his intentions. He paid his dues by returning what was stolen back to the original owner.
Lay out the facts, evidence and then discuss between respective leaders behind closed doors without the bias of others.
The rule to ban stolen melee items has proved itself to be successful over and over again. It literally drops face value of stolen goods and makes it extremely hard to sell making melee items less of a target to be scammed
Is there a way to verify the aim conversation? If it's real, should there be additional punishment?
All of this should be discussed behind closed doors. And once the decision has been made, post it
Melee is different than the rest of jsp. There's actually a solid foundation here. Don't let one sour apple ruin the rest of the harvest
SpamBam repeatedly has chosen to take it public.
He thinks being manipulative and lying and trying to win in the court of public opinion counts for something. But that is backfiring apparently.
