Den of Evil to the
Throne of Destruction...
I have my little_maybe_stupid_theory, wich for me sounds pretty not stupid... look...
They written 'from Den of Evil'. Well, what's special in Den of Evi?? On map (pressed TAB I mean), we see something like SoH near cave. What more? Maybe that it always looks OTHER than the rest of caves in a1?? I checked that... look at the screenies (sry that I forgot to make them with TAB pressed).

http://img140.imageshack.us/img140/9461/sc...nshot0269ri.jpgEntrances to Underground Passage (at Stony Field and Dark Wood), caves at Black Marsh and Tamoe Highland, if aren't 'built' into a stone wall (which looks just normal and nothing special in it), looks the same as entrance to Cave at Cold Plains.
I think that Den of Evil is just a hint of what we should search further... we should search an entrance to "cave" or something wich looks different as the rest in this act. Also, interesting thing is, that in Den of Evil we have a super unique monster, wich we could call 'boss' - Corpsfire zombie.
Looking further, I went to act 2. What 'caves' do we have there? We have tomb at Rocky Waste, Halls of the Dead at Dry Hills, Vipers Temple and of course 7 Tals tombs. I dont count Ancient Tunnels and sewers cause they always look the same. I have also excluded 7 Tals tombs, cause they have 3 types of entrances which never appear at tomb at Rocky Waste, Halls of the Dead and Vipers Temple (u can check). Well then, I visited that near tomb, Halls of the Dead and Vipers temple and what I found?? Look:

http://img183.imageshack.us/img183/5545/sc...nshot0338vi.jpgLook that the entrances to tomb and Vipers Temple are almost same - excluding Vipers statues, which are always there. On tombs entrance we see something like 'cut' statues. I checked twice - entrances to 2 of 3 of these locations are same.
Now something to wow! - in every of these 3 places we got super unique 'boss' monster! For 1st tomb: Creeping Feature, for Halls of the Dead Blood Witch the Wild and for Vipers Fangskin. In Sewers and Tunnels we also had'em, but as I wrote - entrances to these places always look the same (nutin special). And in Tals tombs, theres only Ancient Kaa the Soulless, so would be too easy to just slain tombs to find that bitch I think.
I haven't checked a3 properly, cause I had RD

. Caves in a3: Spider Cavern, Arachnid Lair, Flayer Dungeon, Swampy Pit, Temples at Bazaar and Upper Kurast. For me only the first 4 are worth attention. For all Temples at Bazaar and Upper Kurast we got only one 'boss' - Battlemaid Sarina. Situation similar to that with Ancient Kaa the the Soulless. What about Spider Cavern, Arachnid Lair, Flayer Dungeon, Swampy Pit? For 1st - Sszark the Burning. 2nd - nothing. 3rd - Witch Doctor Endugu. 4th - nutin. If I remember good, entrances to Flayer Dungeon and Swampy Pit always look the same. If not... first look at these two screenies

If they look same - we go to check Flayer Dungeon and Swampy Pit just to find out that they look different and then kill Witch Doctor Endugu

Actutally for a4 I have no idea, just like for a5... got to play some, think about it... maybe in a5 we just have to visit Throne and kill da bitches cause they wrote - "to the
Throne of Destruction"...
Of course all of this is just my little theory... BOSS title sounds better for Nihlathak, Countess and Summoner but now we take full circle and return to question: "why it has lvl requirements then?"

. It could be also understanded that we should kill ALL bosses, mini-bosses and pseudo-bosses, but that sound just fully-stupid
