This is the worst hangover I've ever had.

1. Dehydrated bad
2. Chronic headache
3. Stomach is churning hardcore

I've been laying in bed for the last 4 hours just feeling bad, can't sleep

try and run for a bit it rly does help
drink plenty of water
take high doses of pain reliever
