edit: anyway the DayZ standalone just got released in december, it's only in alpha (30% finished) but it's still pretty fun and they're updating it really often
you can handcuff people and force feed them disinfectant (always fatal lol) or rotten fruit, give people blood transfusions of the wrong type of blood so that they die (all real players, no npcs), and tons more
pretty soon they will get rid of combat logging (logging out in the middle of situation like that so that you survive) which definitely make the game a lot better when you're forced to deal with a situation like that, whichever end you're on
there will also be a lot more features added to the game obviously, like hunting and cooking and setting up tents and vehicles and shit
it's an online only zombie survival game for those of you who don't know
